Absolutely the worst customer service ever. We had to move of L.I., and getting our funds returned to us has been a complete nightmare. Any internet bank runs circles around these crooks. NEVER AGAIN. Depositor beware. We are filing complaints with NY and Federal Banking authorities due to the business practices we've had ot deal with.
John and Allison are exceedingly helpful and kind and I would recommend this bank to any small business owners because they are exceptional.
