I have never had such great experience other than First National Bank. It is awkward to say so because I live in NY and my friend due to family reasons had to move from Sioux Falls with bank information needs updating and she doesn’t speak any English at all. I talked to the manager about how there ATM keeps eating my card and not returning it so his response was that he will order me a new one should take 2 weeks and here I am 3 weeks later still no debit card bills stacking up so I call and turns out the store manager didn't place the order that's the kind of service you can expect from this dump
It seems as if Presley has no clue what the hell he’s doing the lady that was there was not helping him at all it took 20 minutes or a money order!!!!
Online banking is very limited, and there is no after hours/weekend customer service unless reporting stolen card. The branch workers couldn't even navigate me through their online banking.
Shawn (Shawna) at the Western Mall Branch was rude and condescending when I inquired about a loan. Interrupted me while I was talking and made assumptions that were humiliating. The entire experience with her was humiliating.
