I have loved banking here. I've banked with this bank since it was florida parish bank to the first bank but during this change of name process my account was hacked for 1000 dollars and these ppl are asking me for the transaction which I don't have and it's been 2 weeks and they have not given me my money back. I'm having second thoughts now since it's renasant bank. I want my money back. I've never done bad banking and never any issues but this here is ridiculous.
Since my bank changed to Renasant Bank, I have not been able to speak to anyone on a phone or have them call me back. I waited on hold for over two hours and nothing.
