The staff is really nice . I had a chance to talk with a chef name Robin who was really nice and helpful answered questions I had about meals. My grandma loves living at the firs and they make her feel special. It shows alot how much the staff and Robin care for the residents.
I found this place very helpful, my gradma lives here and she gets taken care of so well i love all the servers there all so nice. One of the best places
The firs is a warm homelike environment. Great caring staff. Upon visit, staff and residents all seemed so friendly and happy.
I had the chance to visit The Firs recently and was very impressed. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The entire place was well-kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which created such a positive atmosphere. You can tell a lot of attention goes into making it a comfortable and inviting environment.
The administrator, Christene Adams, is wonderful!! She is attentive to detail, welcoming and professional. Would highly recommend!
