I can’t rate the Firs highly enough. I had a medical issue and they saw me straight away. I’m super impressed with the level of care and compassion they had for me. Fantastic service
Completely feel shut down by the firs, been a patient for over 16 years and been asking for help since July 2024. I have chronic pain in my knee which has completely changed my life. All I have had done is an injection in my knee which didn’t help at all. I haven’t physically had any other help e.g. no physio. Been waiting for a referral since January still haven’t hear anything. Now expect to wait even longer, feel completely lost.

Stay away. If you were registered elsewhere previously and have a repeat prescription, they will take you in as a patient but deny your medication due to capacity!
