Love the firm SO much! Sheena is the best, most energetic trainer who cares so much about everyone. She makes every class a great time! Jess is great at kicking your butt and getting you into shape. All their classes are fun and target the entire body! I also love how they get involved with community events and are truly making the firm a home. You cannot find a place packed with more energy, positivity, and sweat than The Firm. Down to earth Sheena has created a unique community in Savannah where people (new & old) can come together, have an amazing time, and truly get a well-rounded workout that is worth the price. I no longer live in Savannah, but every single time I come visit, I know exactly where I’ll be going for my workouts since there are options to pay by class as well. Go check it out! You won’t be disappointed.
