Dallas required me to purchase hair ahead of time. I paid via CashApp. It’s been almost 3 months w/o contact from him. I haven’t received my hair, nor a refund. I was respectful, kind, and patient. He completely took advantage of me and stole my money, along with the hair I ordered. I’m devastated at his theft, disrespect, and extremely poor customer service. Beware.
Love this place will be my forever salon always a vibe here everyone who works here is amazing at what they do and is very very helpful; prices are amazing and for the men who need braids or cornrows Bre is the one fr !!
Went to this shop to have my hair dyed, basic black. Don't remember my stylist's name but she was personable and actually turned out to be my sorority sister. I loved the shop decor I was quite comfortable. What turned me off and caused the 3 stars was that the 3 other stylists who were there continually talked about and made fun of customers. I must admit that the stylist who was doing my hair didn't participate in the conversation much but the others were going hard on how silly, ridiculous, obnoxious, etc. customers are. ... read more
