I can't thank Phillip Ortiz enough for his assistance with the refinance and insurance claim on my Mother's home after she passed away. His knowledge and skill were invaluable. Every issue and challenge that popped up along the way he met head on and resolved. He always treated us with respect and answered all our questions no matter how simple or complicated. He made us feel like we were his only client, even though we knew that wasn't the case. I would highly recommend him!
