Knowledgeable people and vast selection of fireplaces and stores. Old woodburning fireplaces are old technology and pollute the air. Old gas fireplaces are not efficient. Builder grade fireplaces have major problems because they are the cheapest units. Etched glass that has to be replaced so it won't shatter, smoky look on the glass, those are issues that are not fixable with older and builder grade units.
