I hired Fireplace Professionals/Fireplace and Flooring Professionals because our 2017 Heat N Glo unit would not light. The youtube video for how to reset a Heat N Glo is great and it has worked before but not this time. Their tech diagnosed and recommended an ignition module. I learned that they don't carry parts to test my fireplace live or sell to customers so I ordered the module through them upon their recommendation that it needing replacing.
