Omg. Do NOT buy from these people. Unfortunately they are the only game in town and they know it. As a result they are arrogant, rude, unprofessional and uncaring. We actually purchased two fireplaces from them and had nothing but trouble both times. When we called to complain, after being patient for over a month, we were hung up on by John.
