Great sales and service from The Fireplace & Patio shop in Conroe! We recently purchased new gas logs for our living room and were so happy with our install…along with excellent support when we had some questions. 🤔 We also decided to have our bedroom fire place “insert” serviced a few weeks later. Carey was very helpful when I called today. He is going to come out to service our fire pit and fireplace at a very reasonable cost. Hopefully the service will go well.
If your building a new house and want a fire place installed, this is the best company around. Easy to work with, On schedule, and a clean and professional install. They take great pride in customer satisfaction. The Communication I got from Carey was super helpful and he can recommend options if you don’t know much about fireplaces like my self. Very happy I walked into this place!
Bill and his associate arrived on time today and repaired my leaking stove pipe and even installed 2 missing shingles. Great job by them both.
From the moment we walked into the store, these guys have been top notch! They treat you like you’ve known them for years and not like just another customer! They’ve been knowledgeable and incredibly helpful all along the way! Install team came out to set up our doors and fix some issues with the install and they were respectful and extremely helpful! Highly recommend!!
