So I had an issue with my remote on my Kozy Heat fireplace. I am down in the Tri-Cities and my local dealers solution was to send a technician out and charge me $100. I called the fireplace guys and they were really helpful. Gave me the number for the technical line for Kozy Heat and problem solved in 30 seconds.
