We had the Lisle location come to clean and inspect our insert wood burning fireplace. They came out and I was told I needed some repairs and they would get back to me for a repair appointment. I waited a week for my callback which never came. Since they are only a few blocks from us and we were missing using our fireplace I decided to stop in and ask. The salesman sold us a bill of goods. Seem to makes excuses about everything, almost like no orders go smoothly, this could be problem, that could be a problem. Turns out COVID is causing all their install delays. Very hard to understand how that’s possible. COVID was just another excuse for their incompetence.
