I have used them more than once. They are very serious. When it comes down to it, that's what I can say. They strive to get the job done right with as little hassle as possible, and aim for safety. Every job is different, but they are pleasant about any workarounds. Also honest. They also know which stoves are worth it in the long run for customers. They don't just sell, sell, sell. They only have the quality ones based on years of experience and what they've learned. I look forward to working with them in the future.
We used The Fireplace Center for two different inserts in two different Bloomington homes. Great experience both times. Store staff were personable, installers were fast and pleasant.
We wanted to update our 36 year old direct vent gas log fireplace. Bret came out to inspect and we ordered a Chaska unit. A few weeks later, Greg and John installed the new unit, complete with log set and remote control in a few hours. The new unit has a solid tempered glass door for a great view and we love the new flame pattern. It has transformed the look of our fireplace feature. We are amazed at the amount of heat it puts out.
