I bought a fireplace off them in when it Needed service I called and left 7 messages and a month went by in still haven’t heard from them it’s now going on 2 months still haven’t heard from them they sell you the product then when you need service they do not respond. I don’t RECOMMEND this STORE to anybody
The installers were excellent. They were clean, well mannered, educated and had a high sense of confidence, they knew what they were doing and how to do it. The store is very clean organized and had many display units to view and observe working. We thought the pricing was competitive as well. We would recommend with high marks from sales to appointment setters to installers. Great experience and we love our gas fireplace insert.
