Great experience at Firehall Dentist (Waterdown). Dr. Tam was great and explained all procedures with a very friendly, chatty manner. She puts you at complete ease and is a thorough professional with her hands. The clinic is so very well maintained and has a very deliberately planned relaxed and pleasant feel (as it should be for anyone visiting a dentist). Super clean clinic, very efficient front office and they submit insurance claim on your behalf, which is certainly a value adding service.
