Did an amazing job on a replacement insert for a previous home around 2006. We're having them do another fireplace insert on a home we're moving into.
Fireplace and Patio put a lien on my property claiming no payment for a fireplace **** ****** installed at my home in late 2021. His work had been subcontracted by ******************** as a part of a larger covered porch project. I paid ********************, the general contractor, in full and provided that proof to **** ****** who has refused to remove the lien on my property. I consider this behavior bad business practice and I want to make others of aware of it.
