We were having trouble with our gas fireplace after moving into our house. The owner and an assistant came out and were able to fix it the same day. Reasonable and very informative. I highly recommend this local business!!!
I needed to get a fireplace screen and I didn't want to order online. I called to make sure they had some first. They told me they did have a few but that they were getting a ton more in a few weeks. Knowing that, I still went in to check them out. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had more than a few in stock (although they did mention they will be getting like 400 in at a later date). I'm not quite sure why ratings aren't higher. The Fire Place was an awesome experience and I left really appreciating what we're buying. Speaking with Chanley about our installation, he was so helpful guiding us through the process and really gave us a fair price on top of that. The store was really hospitable and I'm excited to get our fireplace in soon!
Place looks nice from the outside. But as a business if you not open during the hours listed on google, don’t post a website, and your phone # has a voicemail that’s not setup (doesn’t include store info) then the only thing that happens is wasting my time to drive over.
