I've had issues with HVAC as long as i've lived here. I STILL have issues with the AC being as much as 10 degrees off and it baking in this place. stop cheaping out on units. Its TEXAS. This summer was miserable with the up and down. at least half of all of my maintance requests or more have been about this and its still not fixed.

I’m so disappointed with my neighbors! All I hear is complaints about the property (where I live because I am on a fixed income). IF YOU WANT A LUXURY APARTMENT THEN GO TO ONE. You’re coming to an older community expecting there to be no issues. If this is what your budget allowed you to rent THEN STOP COMPLAINING.
