Best flooring experience ever. Josh and Stacy took excellent care of us from the beginning. I especially appreciated the prompt and continued communications throughout the project. I went to The Finishing Touch late last summer to look at new flooring for a home project. Within about 5 minutes, Josh was able to show me a product that I was describing to him; he lent me a sample to take home. He worked up a quote very quickly after coming to my house to measure. I was originally planning on doing the work myself with some help from someone, but that didn't work out (he even offered to lend me some tools). The Finishing Touch was very helpful with selection and instillation of replacement flooring. Everything went very smoothly from the first contact, quote, to instillation. No surprises, and installers were thorough with clean up.
