This place is horrible! They sold me a scam "protection plan” when I bought my phone 1.5 years ago. I paid $139.99 for this "insurance" when I received my phone and after I lost it and came to the store, they charged me another $125 for a phone that is very outdated. Not to mention, that the staff took my credit card and replayed the info on the card to the "protection plan" specialist very loudly on the phone, so that the other customers in the store at the time could hear my credit card info - not very secure.
