Bought flooring for living room, dining room, etc. They beat the price of the 3 other stores I got estimates from, plus this was much higher quality!! Came in quickly. Answered all questions I had about installation, even called up during installation and Brendon walked me through. Had one box with damaged planks and they fully refunded my money. Loved working with the staff at The Finish and being able to stop in and look at samples as well as take several home to test out. We got new floors in our kitchen, living room and two bathrooms as well as a new backsplash in our kitchen. Outstanding customer service and everything was finished in a very timely fashion and done so well!
Super disappointed in the quality of floor the finish has. We remodeled a bedroom and paid top dollar for nice flooring. In less than a month it has cracked, been deeply scratched by normal wear and overall seems to be much lower quality than what was sold as. We love supporting local, but took a chance on receiving poor floor quality!
Thanks to the staff at The Finish, we now have new flooring in our kitchen, dining room, living room, and two bathrooms, as well as new kitchen and bathroom counters, a new tiled kitchen backsplash, and a new color scheme to complement and update our existing decor.
