This was my first time working with a designer and I was soo excited only to be left incredibly disappointed. I chose them because of their hourly rate without a minimum but in the end it felt pointless. My project was treated like an afterthought, deadline after deadline missed. I just wrapped up a 4 month long project working with designer Carly at The Finish and could not recommend Carly or The Finish more highly! I love interior design but am terrible at execution or trying things outside my comfort zone, but Carly supported me in bringing my vision to life in more ways than I could have imagined. I was overall very disappointed by my experience with The Finish. The pros were that the people I worked with were kind and polite, they helped me find curtains and a rug that looked good, and the handymen they employed were timely, organized, and did a good job. Unfortunately in my opinion the cons outweighed the pros and I regret working with them.
