Had a pretty frustrating experience speaking with Alexis at the store. He was surprisingly abrasive and rude for a first interaction!! First impressions matter in a client-facing role, and this didn’t reflect well on the business at all. Very glad we didn’t waste our time coming in.
I went into The Find with zero expectations, having heard it could be a bit “hit or miss,” but my experience completely exceeded them. Alex was amazing!! He was so attentive, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right dress within my budget.
