Bought a TV stand and hard case for a trade show. The price was the best I could find for the product we wanted. Fast forward 10 months and we are setting up at a trade show and discover that we lost some key parts to make it work. We called Dave in a panic. He immediately knew what we needed and saved our butts by overnighting the parts we needed. Can't recommend these guys enough!
I purchased a large projector screen in May 2018. It was delivered in June 2018. I tried the screen a couple of times and found that it was too big for our needs. I emailed Final Click in November 2018 explaining my problem and ask if I can exchange the screen for a smaller one.
