I ordered an arrangement for a friend's funeral. My son chose a colorful basket. After the service, we had to go read cards to make sure our order was even delivered, as we didn't spot anything close to what we ordered. Imagine our shock when we saw our names on the card to three pitiful, white carnations in a white ceramic plate of grass! Did an amazing job on a Spider man themed flower wrap bouquet!!
I debated about posting this review, but in the end I was disappointed. I ordered an arrangement for my mother’s funeral through Teleflora, and they contracted the service to “The Fig Tree”. While the arrangement was similar to what I ordered, I feel it was not the same quality. The arrangement pictured has many more roses than what I received, and not as much cheaper greenery fill. The Fig Tree is the Best florist in Butler County, the owners and floral designers are great and go the extra mile to meet your every need. The delivery drivers are very nice and one of them actually sings Happy Birthday when he delivers the flowers.
