I have received a few flower arrangements from The Fig and Flower Shop and I have never seen more gorgeous arrangements of flowers. She has her own style of arranging flowers that is unique and unlike any other florist. I am impressed. Sweet people and great to do business with!
My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines day and they DID NOT look like the picture AT all. Completely disappointed in the fact that he paid over $100 for something he could've got at United for $30, and they'd have been prettier. Completely misleading and inaccurate. I will definitely be requesting a refund.
I apologize for not being clear and concise earlier, I called the store at noon and the young lady told me it will be about an hour I waited an addional couple of hours with no phone call and the store closes at 4. I apologize that I did ask for the name not to be in the card but I figured that the information from the order confirmation to reach out to me instead taking my money and just not saying anything till almost closing.
My husband surprised me with the most beautiful bouquet from The Fig & Flower, Co. last week. It's been over a week and I just now had to take the roses out. But, the lilies are going strong! The quality of this bouquet is unbeatable to anything he has ever sent me! I highly recommend this florist!
