I apologize for not being clear and concise earlier, I called the store at noon and the young lady told me it will be about an hour I waited an addional couple of hours with no phone call and the store closes at 4. I apologize that I did ask for the name not to be in the card but I figured that the information from the order confirmation to reach out to me instead taking my money and just not saying anything till almost closing.
My husband surprised me with the most beautiful bouquet from The Fig & Flower, Co. last week. It's been over a week and I just now had to take the roses out. But, the lilies are going strong! The quality of this bouquet is unbeatable to anything he has ever sent me! I highly recommend this florist!
Absolutely beautiful arrangement! Yellow is my favorite color, and blue is my boyfriend's favorite. The delivery was great with a confirmation call beforehand. Thank you for helping my day be brighter!
My attempts to order from "The Fig and Flower" have always ended in disappointment. Despite its convenient location near my wife's workplace, I've encountered nothing but rudeness and incompetence each time I've called. No matter how far in advance I place my order, the staff at "The Fig and Flower" seem incapable of meeting my needs.
