I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a family member. When I ordered, I expected the photo that was displayed on the website. The flowers were completely different than what were shown on the website and not worth the price of $100. I was very disappointed and could have received a better bouquet that matched the price at another competitor or grocery store. I will not purchase flowers here again due to lack of transparency and high cost for the product delivered.

I have received a few flower arrangements from The Fig and Flower Shop and I have never seen more gorgeous arrangements of flowers. She has her own style of arranging flowers that is unique and unlike any other florist. I am impressed. Sweet people and great to do business with!

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines day and they DID NOT look like the picture AT all. Completely disappointed in the fact that he paid over $100 for something he could've got at United for $30, and they'd have been prettier. Completely misleading and inaccurate. I will definitely be requesting a refund.
