After weeks of phone calls with no response I finally got to talk to Jeremy, If he was my employee I would have fired him on the spot, He owns the business & Is the rudest person I have ever talked to, After waiting a month for my parts I canceled my order, Will be filling a complaint with BBB & calling my bank to reverse the charges, I will be bringing this up at my Fiero clubs in 2 states
Are these folk still in business??? (The fiero factory, in northern Alabama)??? I have tried to get information…. I have a first name of a potential contact: Jeremy. But…. I can’t get any information….. no call back. Did they go under? 😳🤷♂️
Do not go at all, impatient staff named Jeremy. Rude and condescending. Hate this place.
