It's a quite community with a excellent maintenance team. I haven't had any major issues since moving in back in April. I would recommend this community to friends.
This place is awful, you can go months with having a faulty eater heater or mold in your unit, and they do nothing. Half the time when the maintenance crew shows up it's a different guy everytime and things always go missing after. 0/10 not worth at all here.
