I was really disappointed with the customer service I received while signing up at the Fieldhouse today. The employee who assisted me was extremely dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. Since I was new to the facility, I asked if she could show me around. Instead of giving me even a brief tour, explaining the facility, or helping me get acquainted with where things were, she simply pointed in different directions. This is a great gym. The staff is friendly. They have a huge variety of high quality equipment and tons of free weights. Its always clean and not crowded like the other options in town. If you're considering looking for a new gym, this is the one.
