I can sum my whole experience up in a few words but I will expand. The word I would use for my visit with the staff and the doctor is, Exceptional! The staff are attentive and they make you feel like they Truly care! I think the doctor sets the tone for the office because he makes you feel comfortable and like he Truly cares! Dr. GAUGAU and his staff are amazing. Very patient very kind very responsive and very empathetic. Dr. GAUGAU really really was there for me. I’ve been dealing with fibroids for years well over 10+ years I found out I had PCOS and he provided me some resources for that. My uterine fibroid symbolization was successful. My follow up appointment was marvelous. I definitely appreciate Dr. GAUGAU and his entire team.
It's a different environment the front office staff are warm and inviting. Dr. Gaugau and even his nurse makes you feel like a human being not just a number. Yes, go visit Dr. Gaugau and see what he can do for you.
It’s a pleasure to leave a review for this entire team! I am very particular as well as a critical care nurse, I truly knew after speaking to Dr Guagua for the first visit things would go well. He has wondering bedside manner, talks to you with genuine care and concern and even does the extra step to talk about other resources before you ask! Then you have the great team to add to it!!
