I had my UFE procedure with Dr. Gaugau in May 2026 as my fibroid was steadily growing and leaning on my sciatic nerve. I was referred to him via an old co-worker/friend when I shared with her that Danielle Salley from Waldorf Women's Care told me that if I was considering the UFE, I might as well go under anesthesia for a hysterectomy. Wonderful staff!!!!!!! Clean environment!!!!! Dr. G is sooooooo caring and nice and extremely understanding and responsive. Front desk also is extremely nice!!! She makes me feel like I’ve known her for years.
I had a bit of anxiety with having the fibroid embolization done but Dr. Gaugau and the staff were incredibly comforting. Everyone was helpful and very kind. I am 3 months post procedure and my cycle has not only shortened, but the pain has decreased significantly as well. Dr. Gaugau also assisted after hours when we needed. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is experiencing the horrors of having fibroids. This procedure has been life altering! -Brandon
