At first Dr referred apt, she unlocked her office door 5 minutes late. Left me worried until then that I had scheduled time off and a ride for a cortisone injection in right knee. Apt went well and she said she'd follow up 3 weeks later - gave time and date for phone call. She called 5 days late. I tried to book my next apt but she said she didn't have the schedule yet but would call me - she did not. I made follow up calls and left voice msg, but not one returned.
