Not particularly happy with service and product. Ordered hard lid for my son’s SS Ute. Customer service was very average, had to follow up several times as wasn’t getting a response. Communication with the fabricators was very good. Once the lid finally arrived, it came without fitting kit which only arrived a week later. Lid doesn’t fit well and the struts are too big so we have to now purchase new ones. Was very hopeful but sadly disappointed.
Got a bonnet for an 80 series terrible fit, car was in getting other work done and off the road. Finally got around to fitting it months later lines are terrible. Called them all they said “out of warranty refund period” blind Freddy can see it’s a manufacturing issue and not been hit or because it sat around. Not good service in my book and not OEM figment. Every single thing about interacting with the fiberglass factory was excellent. Really passionate. They made me a bespoke piece that I'm very happy with!
Bek was great to work with. The hood (land cruiser 40 series with scoop) is awesome and one of a kind
The guy who now owns this business is definitely a little slow in the head. He is unable to make the simplest of items if someone else has not made the mould for him. If this bloke is not competent enough to construct a simple mould, you really dont want him making finished panels for your pride and joy. Alfa in Qld is your best bet if you want soneone who actually knows how to do this type of work, they will happily make anything, even if they've not yet made one.....
