I don’t recommend this clinic. They are not professional. And the nurse Anna she’s so rude with the people. She never explained you the situation step-by-step. She’s not patient with you and the doctor. He’s not helping you. He’s just taking your money away. I spend a lot of money with them and then I find out another people they had the same issue and this type of clinics they need to be shy down me and my wife. Stay away from this place. They will treat you like crap and you’ll walk away with heartbreak and no baby. Awful experience.
After seeing the clinic’s response to my review, my concerns are only reinforced. Instead of addressing the experience I described, they publicly stated they have “no record” of me and implied I expected treatment at no charge. That accusation is inaccurate and dismissive. My review had nothing to do with wanting anything for free. It was about the quality of care, communication, and overall environment. My daughter went through treatment at this clinic and it was a heartbreaking experience for our family. She completed three embryo transfers, using two embryos each time, and all three failed. The emotional toll alone was overwhelming. Throughout the process, she felt constantly stressed and uncomfortable asking questions or raising concerns.
