Never have I met a more rude person in my life. I went there for help and walked out feeling more clueless than before. So intimidating, zero empathy and uses our appointment as a Covid vaccination information session rather than IVF. Never again
I Have had nothing short of an amazing experience from start to finish, especially in the pressing times of the last couple of years. I did have to wait a few months after completing all tests and counselling etc due to COVID restrictions putting restraints on the public health system BUT I’d rather have waited a few months and still proceeded with TFC. Highly recommend TFC Dandenong. To start off with, a great appreciation to our specialist Dr Myran. We wouldn't be here without him. What a great doctor so down to earth and always went out of his way to help us. At times he used to come in early before his opening time just to fit us in. The Ivf journey went very smoothly for us as our lovely nurses Deb and later Eloise were great and were very helpful in answering any of our doubts.
