My review is only based on the responsiveness and care of admin, doctors and nurses as I prepare to do first cycle. I came here after a bad experience at a city-based clinic where the nurses and admin were great but i felt the specialist wasnt really present with me, like i couldnt make sense of things and why they were happening. Just welcomed a beautiful healthy baby after one IVF cycle at The Fertility Centre. I can't recommend TFC highly enough! You will access fertility treatment with all the expertise of a regular clinic, at a much lower cost. The process ran very efficiently and the entire TFC team are so compassionate. Thank you TFC ❤️
The only thing I would say is need communication between nurses and doctors. Not on day of transfer patient has to tell doctor what is happening. And it's very hard to make decision for doctor and patient on the day of transfer. Renata is one of the kindest .soft spoken person.
I've had the most wonderful experience at this clinic. I know some people may think the low cost means it's not as good but that's not true at all. I met 3 of the doctors all who were lovely and informative. All the nursing staff are so nice and answer any questions you have even if you think they're silly. They guide you each step of the way so it makes the process seemless. The reception ladies are absolutely gorgeous people also and are always so welcoming.
