I don't know where to begin.. Their administration is a debacle. They provided incorrect costings initially, then demanded additional the payment months after treatment. They have the Medicare cheques posted to you that you then need to post to them. They are associated with IVF Australia and purport to be low cost. They ended up costing well over $2000 more than Adora. I have been a patient since pre-covid on and off because my husband got sick for quite some time and honestly they are the best. Low cost doesn't mean bad service. I have positive experience from all the receptionist, nurses and doctors who looked after me during my cycles. Renata, Jessica, Sophie (love you Soph!) and Dr Thilee, thank you all so very much! I am now 13 weeks pregnant and can't wait to visit you all with the baby ❤️❤️
Great at communicating especially when you call to speak to the nurses or Dr. A big mention to Sophie the receptionist she was very empathetic and caring when i was communicating with her, made the ivf experience positive regardless of the outcome.
My review is only based on the responsiveness and care of admin, doctors and nurses as I prepare to do first cycle. I came here after a bad experience at a city-based clinic where the nurses and admin were great but i felt the specialist wasnt really present with me, like i couldnt make sense of things and why they were happening. Just welcomed a beautiful healthy baby after one IVF cycle at The Fertility Centre. I can't recommend TFC highly enough! You will access fertility treatment with all the expertise of a regular clinic, at a much lower cost. The process ran very efficiently and the entire TFC team are so compassionate. Thank you TFC ❤️
