My experience with this fertility center has been nothing short of horrible. The entire process has been emotionally draining, and the way I was treated by their administrative and billing staff made everything worse. The billing department is completely unorganized — they sent me to collections after I had already made payments, and when I tried to get it resolved, I was spoken to rudely, interrupted, and not listened to at all. Staff is great, love my doc, but the process needs to be streamlined and simplified. I should not need to manage phone calls, emaisl and 4 or more entities worth of bills. It should be consolidated in one place for the ease of patients. We are already stressed out enough and paying boutique healthcare prices. They did a great job keeping touch and going through every question I had. It has been a great experience. Dr. Sarah Bjorkman makes the experience fun, she is amazing! Lilly is so patient and sweet helping with the meds! I appreciate everything they did!
What I experienced here wasn’t just a mistake—it was medically dangerous and emotionally traumatic.
