This office made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked in! I have not felt that way going into my previous OBYGN nor another fertility center. Shana and her team are amazing!! Thank you for everything you have done and are continuing to do for my husband and I! Also, shoutout to their financial team.. Zayde was is so helpful!! i HIGHLY recommend them!
My experience with this fertility center has been nothing short of horrible. The entire process has been emotionally draining, and the way I was treated by their administrative and billing staff made everything worse. The billing department is completely unorganized — they sent me to collections after I had already made payments, and when I tried to get it resolved, I was spoken to rudely, interrupted, and not listened to at all. The management and front-office staff are dismissive and lack any compassion or professionalism.... read more
Staff is great, love my doc, but the process needs to be streamlined and simplified. I should not need to manage phone calls, emaisl and 4 or more entities worth of bills. It should be consolidated in one place for the ease of patients. We are already stressed out enough and paying boutique healthcare prices. Quite frankly, it should be a lot more handholding throughout the process. Every time I hear from their partner Ovation Fertility, they bring up a late fee, imposed within 3 days of my procedure. They did a great job keeping touch and going through every question I had. It has been a great experience. Dr. Sarah Bjorkman makes the experience fun, she is amazing! Lilly is so patient and sweet helping with the meds! I appreciate everything they did!
