After pressing my previous lawyer for legal answers on a case of breach of contract and defamation, my previous lawyer decided to quit after more than a year on the case. It is when I retained Mr. Ferguson. We worked together collaboratively. He is willing to listen and try new things. He filed a motion of no-evidence within a day we signed the engagement agreement. ***BEWARE*** We consulted Kenneth Ferguson on the phone about a few civil cases we needed representation on and after speaking to him we had high hopes for him and his law firm. We immediately hired him for the cases, paying his requested retainers on each case. Once he was paid and agreement signed, things started going downhill fast.
