After pressing my previous lawyer for legal answers on a case of breach of contract and defamation, my previous lawyer decided to quit after more than a year on the case. It is when I retained Mr. Ferguson. We worked together collaboratively. He is willing to listen and try new things. He filed a motion of no-evidence within a day we signed the engagement agreement.
