Worst experience with Chris Fenton few years ago. We met in Port Alberni to lease out my commercial properties on Johnston Street. Chris appeared normal/professional at first impression. We both agreed and signed the lease contract. He calls me a few weeks later and demands a larger commission. I refused and reminded him we have a legal agreement. He then wants to terminate the contract and I pay $1000 for the photo's he took of my property. We both knew that's not part of our contract. I finally terminated the contract and ... read more
