Turned up and provided a competitive quote whilst highlighting poor advice given to us by other businesses who were trying to cut corners. They provided suitable solutions and offered a competitive quote. Despite having staff who were forced to isolate on the day of install, they were empathetic to my personal situation with regards to needing work to commence on the day due to having dogs and they were nice enough to shuffle around their workload and moved trades from another site to get the job done.
