Great product and excellent customer service
J’ai passée une commande d’accessoires sur leur site internet en septembre. Plusieurs semaines plus tard, sans aucun suivi on me dit que les articles ne sont pas en stock et qu’ils doivent les commander. Après près de 2 mois d’attente je reçois enfin ma commande et on m’a envoyé le mauvais style d’une poignée. Plusieurs semaines passent encore, le suivi est très long et je dois toujours les harceler pour une réponse. La bonne poignée est finalement en rupture de stock. We ordered our fence in June and finally received it at the end of November. Andrew repeatedly told us that he would be there to install and never showed up from about September until now. Very frustrating. However, the fence we got is beautiful and well constructed - this is the only reason for the 2 stars. If we would have received the fence in time and not been lied to repeatedly we would have definitely given 5 stars as we love the fence....it's a shame Andrew appears to be set on running the business into the ground.
Awesome product. Goes together super easy. Looks great and is sturdy. Dealing with Andy and the team was great.
Update Sept 10th 2024 - I finally received my order today, in perfect condition, real time UPS tracking. Customer service provided some explanation for the delays. August 2024 - Online buyers beware - Ordered online 2 small Nuovo iron fence and gate inserts 1 month ago, and still waiting. Starting to look like money sent to nowhere. Will be back with updates.... #shipping delays #customer not informed of back order items #ghosting customer service.
