Booked Dean in to get a fence quote. Only for him to ring 18min after he was supposed to show saying he wasn't coming. Ok things happen, I get it...so I book again. This time I even confirmed on the day he was going to come. I wait 20min and he's a no show again! No call or text even after confirming hours earlier he'd be there. Dean finally calls me 1hr after he was supposed to show, no apology and when I tell him I'm taking my business elsewhere he begins to swear and carry on about it.
