They say you will never have to use their warranty! It’s more like they won’t answer when you do need them. We had major erosion around the fence posts that they said they would fill to top with cement. They didn’t put the fence panels on the ground. A small dog can squeeze through the gates. We paid almost $16,000 and get to spend more to fix the holes. They used loose dirt to attempt to fill the gaps under panels and it has settled. It's really unfortunate. The team did a wonderful job on the actual fence construction. However, they were poor communicators with their scheduling (they started weeks later than promised) and they did a terrible job at cleaning up the job site at completion. They left piles of dirt around each post and spread in the grass and trash blowing around. And the customer service was less than desirable. “Great Job!” I needed a 4 ft fence upgraded to a 6 ft fence. These guys made that transition beautifully. I'm very happy with the outcome. I enjoyed just watching these guys work with a constant smile and a experience approach. Already disused a couple of other projects on our books. Will I hire hem again “Absolutely”.
