If I could give this no stars I would. Communication was horrible. They installed our gates and everything was great we then got concrete added to the side of our house and they came back and fixed and reinstalled the gates. They cut them to where you could see over them so they were no longer a 6 foot gate. My grandma hired these guys to replace a chain link fence. She paid half up front and the company has not been back to do any work and is ignoring her phone calls. The rep she is working with is Mark Peterson. Do not pay anything up front with this company. Update: the fence has been repaired and the owner made sure things were taken care of. Updating from 1 to 3 stars.
They took $450 and then $2300 and NEVER INSTALLED THE FENCE!!! I paid for a fence in August and was told that their employee Mark had left, drained the business bank account, and there was nothing that they could do. I am a widow with children.
People need to know that Mark Peterson will give you a great bid and ask for half as the deposit and never come. After months of poor communication his business partner was finally able to get his company phone and let me know about the crazy amount of debt he had left them and him taking our $1255 deposit and running with it is quite typical of him. Please do not do business with him. I don't want it to happen to you.
DO NOT HIRE. Mark Peterson was a nightmare to work with. He pressured me to place a down payment and schedule for a fence install in MARCH for a small project he said would take two days. Once he got my deposit me was evasive and untrustworthy. He kept pushing the project back over and over and when I finally asked for my money back so I could go with a different company he promised to complete the project the following weekend.
