I hired LaJuana Fells expecting an attorney; instead, I ended with her - someone who took $5,000 to do absolutely nothing. LaJuana is not just incompetent as an attorney; she is a liar and it genuinely seems compulsive. She is also incredibly rude and disrespectful. I absolutely believe she needs to be investigated by the State Bar (which I have initiated via a Bar Grievance and Fee Arbitration). She is very good
I hired Ms. Fells to handle my case; it was a poor choice. I assumed I was paying for someone who would fight for me, have empathy, and file viable motions. I didn’t get that. LaJuana was dismissive, disrespectful, and incredibly dishonest. I’m currently going through both the Bar Grievance and Fee Arbitration process; I’ll be seeing both through fully.
