Normally love the Fellas in Payson, but this was our first try at Springville today and I was super disappointed. The cut was completely uneven and longer on one side. After asking her 4 times to have it short enough that it’s not swooping(it was way grown out) she still cut and styled it long and swooping to the side. When I tried to explain what I wanted she wasn’t understanding but told me that she got it that I didn’t want it swooped. Not to mention they did not even wash it! We booked two haircuts for 9:30 and arrived five minutes early, but unfortunately, the barber took walk-ins ahead of us. It was disappointing, as we expected our reserved time to be honored.
