If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment with someone else, but because they were so backed up on a Sunday morning, I was dumped into Jorge’s chair instead. Big mistake. He gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had — completely uneven, sloppy, and nothing like what I asked for. I explained clearly what I wanted and even reminded him during the cut, but he ignored me the entire time.
