This was my first time having to consult with a lawyer, and I am very glad that I found the Fell Law Firm. Mr. Fell was extremely professional and courteous right from the start. He explained in detail my options and how my case could proceed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Even though it didn’t go past the initial consultation, he still took my case seriously. If I need a lawyer in the future I would definitely contact Mr. Fell again.
Mr. Fell assisted us with an HOA dispute. While we ultimately decided not to pursue the matter in court as we purchased a home elsewhere, we felt confident that we would have won our case with the help of Mr. Fell. If we need legal assistance in the future, we will contact his office.
My other company won a case pro se, but later, it was challenged! I was worried I'd lose what I thought I had already won but Mr. Fell got things sorted out and protected my victory! I have been dealing with landlord/tenant issues for many years. Real estate lawyers I have employed in the past have been surprisingly ignorant of landlord/tenant law. Greg Fell is a clear exception to these others. Any questions I had for him, he knew the answer, and could explain exactly why he knew.
