Not my best experience. I couldn't even get an appointment! I had a couple basic questions about hearing protection, and I was told I'd be called back. After a week of waiting and multiple follow ups, the provider finally called back and answered my questions. I then called them to set up an appointment; the person on the line said they had to book me through another office, that they were busy, and would call me back later. They never did.
